In this workshop i will share some of my favourite herbs and mushrooms (both wild/ seasonally foraged and homegrown), and teach you HOW and WHEN to best use them! You will learn how to make several different remedies, and you will go home with a good understanding of what you can use to help yourself and your family stay healthy over the cold Winter months.

We will cover which plants and mushrooms can offer natural immune support, contain good antiviral or antibacterial properties, and which can be used as simple, effective expectorants (to help clear mucous off the chest).
